OUR TOP CHOICE
Hemp
This master plant needs no introduction. Hemp is our favorite fabric to work with at tangachi, and represents true sustainability. The thing that puts hemp at the top of our favorites list is the fact that it is native to India. Even today, long after the war on hemp plants and massive attempts to wipe it out, as you drive through the mountains and valleys of the Himlayan mountain range you are bound to catch whiffs of this master plant that grows as a naturally occurring weed all over the area. Contact us today to get an updated catalogue of our available hemp fabrics. We are happy to assist you in finding the right match of hemp fabric for your specific designs.

Hemp grows quickly and easily, requiring minimal water and is naturally resistant to pests. Hemp farms are some of the least labor intensive. Aside from fabric, hemp also offers alternatives to a whole range of products. Bringing back regenerative hemp farms is one of our personal passions here at tangachi.
